High-voltage battery pack, custom BMS PCBs & safety shutdown

The Electrical subteam owns the energy storage and safety-critical circuits of the bike. From custom Battery Management System (BMS) and shutdown PCBs to the traction inverter harness, every board is bench-tested on a 12 V cell simulator before touching high-voltage cells.

Core Responsibilities

What members on the Electrical subteam design, test, and own:

Custom BMS & safety shutdown PCB schematic design and layout
Cell topology, pack enclosure electrical insulation, and fusing
IMD, contactors, precharge resistor sizing, and HV interlock loop
Traction inverter integration and separated HV/LV wire harnesses

Tools & Skills You'll Gain
